Starting in 2024, we have closed our Herd Share and are only producing raw milk for our family. 

We love raw, unpasteurized cow’s milk from our miniature Jersey herd. We are 100% grass-fed and follow the American Grassfed Association standards, though we have not applied for certification.

We are currently milking two cows – both are A2/A2 and grass-fed. We are able to skim about 1 cup of cream from each half gallon of milk.
