After many attempts, I’m excited that I have finally found a gluten-free sourdough loaf recipe that works for me. I call it “Gluten-friendly” because I bake it in our kitchen which processes other gluten foods, so it’s not technically completely gluten free.
These gluten-friendly sourdough bread loaves are made with brown rice flour, oat flour, sorghum flour, buckwheat flour, xanthan gum, my gluten-free sourdough starter, local raw honey, salt and water.
